The in- and outward clearing of vessels is basically performed at the ports of Antwerp, Ghent and Zeebrugge including essential services tot the owners, such as :

     • Producing pro forma port expenses, breakdowns transmitted as required.
     • All up to date communication facilities, including transmissions via e-mail, etc
     • Assistances to master and crew, cash to master.
     • Surveys of any kind, supercargo services. Bunkering,  maintenances, repairs and technical         assistances.
     • Clearing of vessels and IMDG cargoes on arrival and payment of harbour dues.
     • Constant coordination with the stevedores and the harbour authorities.
     • Daily update of prospects.
     • Issuing of documents NOR, SOF, BL, Manifests, etc.
     • Compiling of the D/A within 4 weeks properly supported by original vouchers.
